GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for dispatch of orders. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen or delayed through the postal system.
International Customs and Duty Charges
No tax will be charged for international orders, however, international orders MAY be subject to local charges in the receiving country. Any customs or import duties are charged to the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described on our website. If we are unable, at the time of receiving the item, to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse you for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us, as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for an exchange or refund, we will not refund any packing and/or postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk.
- You must return the product in its original condition.
- You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment of the product.
- Upon receipt of the product, Dilma will refund the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the bank account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Dilma. Please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.
- Refunds will only be given to products purchased via amuletodesigns.com
- There is No Refund or Exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Exchanges are only possible if the materials to create the item are available.
Note: Custom items made to order cannot be returned.
